I love all things wedding. I love the detail that goes into planning your day. I love the colorful florals and the glassware you choose for your reception tables. I love exploring beautiful venues and finding what makes each one unique, whether it's a mountain view or a chapel in the woods. I love seeing you interact with your favorite people. Weddings bring me so much joy!
As a former kindergarten teacher, I love kids. I love interacting with children and capturing their unique expressions. As a mom myself (I have a 6 year old daughter!), I know just how quickly time passes and how fast they change. Documenting your children as they grow up is so important!
When I'm not behind the camera, I love spending time with my daughter and my husband, going to Burn Boot Camp (a new hobby!), listening to Broadway musicals or going to a show, and treating myself to an iced coffee.

I was an educator for 10 years before becoming a photographer. I was the girl who knew in high school exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I was going to go to college, teach for 30 years, and then retire. After 10 years in education (and a global pandemic!), I started wishing for a new way of life. I wanted a flexible schedule and I wanted to travel. I wanted a job that allowed me to be creative, but still engage with people. An ad for a photography course popped up on my Instagram in the spring of 2021 and after enrolling in that course, I have lived and breathed photography. I've taken courses about every possible photography topic and have spent the last (almost) three years photographing weddings, babies, and milestones for children. This is truly a dream job for me. My family means the world to me. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 12 years (together for 19 years) and we had our daughter in 2018. She is the reason I started photography as a hobby. I wanted to be able to take better photos of her and wanting that evolved into doing this as a career! She also happens to be the best model and is happy to take part in all of my photography ideas.

Traveling has always made me feel alive. I love exploring a new city or country and now that photography is always on my mind, I love to document these beautiful places that I visit. So far, I've had the opportunity to visit places like Aruba, Hawaii, Las Vegas, New York City, Mexico, and Dominican Republic. I have an entire bucket list of places I want to visit and photograph while I'm there- Ireland, Iceland, Utah, London, Maine, Italy, Amsterdam, and Switzerland to name a few!
