Jennifer and Jake were married at a stunning Mooresville wedding venue in late June. If you are looking for a wedding venue near Charlotte, definitely check out Splendor Pond. This venue is modern with a beautiful open floorplan building for your reception. They have a stunning bridal dressing room with mirrors and window light that your wedding photographer will love! The on site cabins can be used as a getting ready space as well. The cabins at Splendor Pond aren't what you might picture when you think of cabins though- no brown wooden walls. The cabins at Splendor Pond are sleek, white walls, and completely modern. A total dream for photographs! Another huge perk for this Charlotte wedding venue is the pond. Having your ceremony by the pond provides the perfect background for photographs and the staircase that the bride enters from is photo worthy as well. I could go on for days about how much I LOVE Splendor Pond Flower Farm, but I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Jennifer and Jake's Splendor Pond wedding had SO many unique plans that really made the day theirs. They chose to have their kids be their bridal party. They had some of their close friends be the flower women. (This is a great alternative to flower girls!) Their dinner and dessert included a pizza food truck and doughnuts instead of cake. They had an EPIC dance off at the reception and fireworks to end the night. Seriously, a perfect day with so many amazing details. I wish I could relive this wedding day over and over and it wasn't even my wedding day... that's how you know it was a good one!
